You bring the real numbers and the real problems. Nine people who own what you
own hold you to what you said you would do, and a certified Anchor holds the
standard. Veterans only, no exceptions, and no graduation date.
Applications are reviewed by the Anchor for your market. Every applicant gets an answer from a person.
WHERE WE ARE
Find your FOB.
Team Rooms meet in person, so a FOB is a city you can actually get to. Markets are sequenced on
veteran-entrepreneur density from the PenFed Foundation, not on an arbitrary rollout order.
FOUNDING FOB
Raleigh-Durham, NC
In formation. The first Team Rooms seat here.
NOW RECRUITING

COMING SOON
Nashville, TN San Antonio, TX Atlanta, GA Dallas, TX New York, NY
Opening next. Apply and we will tell you where you sit in the queue.
If your city is not listed, apply anyway. Where applications concentrate is one of the things that decides what opens next.
WHAT You Get
Four things, every month, for as long as you stay.
The Room
One closed session a month, in person, with the same ten people. No observers, no guests, no rotating roster. What is said in the room stays in the room permanently, and that rule is the only reason the room is worth anything
The review
Every session ends with an after-action review. What was supposed to happen, what happened, why the gap, and what changes before next month. It is the same review you ran downrange, pointed at your P&L.
The rating
Six domains, scored quarterly. You rate yourself first, then the room verifies it. Your overall is your worst domain, never your average, because averaging hides the thing that will actually take the company down.
The other twenty-nine days
One-to-one coaching with your Anchor aimed at your weakest
domain. A battle buddy from the room who owns your corrective actions between sessions. Nobody works their gap alone.
WHO QUALIFIES
Two things are absolute. Everything else is a conversation.
You served
Any branch, including National Guard and Reserve. Personal service, no exceptions. Every seat in every Team Room, always.
You carry real authority
Founder, CEO, owner, president, managing partner, or a senior
executive with genuine P&L responsibility. Equity is not the test.
Accountability is.
AND ONE OF THESE THREE
$1M or more in annual revenue
$1M or more in capital raised
A completed exit
You also need to be running something today, because the room works on live problems and the Readiness Rating rates a real company. All three are guidelines rather than cutoffs, and your Anchor makes the call. What is being tested is not the number. It is whether you and the other nine will be genuine peers
THE COMMITMENT
What is actually being asked of you
01
One closed session a month, in person, in your FOB.
02
One coaching call with your Anchor between sessions
03
A quarterly Readiness Rating, and the corrective actions that come out of it.
04
Absolute confidentiality, permanently, surviving your membership. A breach ends it immediately
05
No selling to the room. The roster is not a prospect list.
If that does not fit your calendar right now, say so in the selection conversation. Joining and then attending sporadically costs the other nine more than not joining would.
SELECTION
How it actually works.
1 · Apply
Twenty minutes, and it asks you to think. It goes to the Anchor for your market, who reads it properly.
2 · A real conversation
Not a pitch and not a checklist. Your Anchor will push on two or three specific things you wrote. You are evaluating too, and you should get straight answers, including on price
3 · Talk to a member
Before any decision you speak with somebody already in a Team Room, usually without the Anchor on the line. Ask them anything.
4 · Three outcomes
An invitation, a hold, or a not yet. A not yet always comes with the specific thing that would change the answer. Every applicant hears from a person.
A process that only ever says yes is not a selection process, and the people already in the room can tell. Every member of your future Team Room was accepted by a standard that was willing to decline them.
